February 15, 2010 - Hardees and Procrastination

In rebellion of yesterday I didn't take any pictures. I took two today to make up for it.




Kyla had a buy one get sandwich get one free coupon for Hardees and then we found out that we get free fries and a drink since we're UC students. So I ate for free at Hardees! It was awesome!





In lieu of studying for class tomorrow, Kyla and I messed around and made funny faces. This one has a dialogue to it....

Kyla: "I eat you!"
Me: "okay!"

February 12 and 13

February 12, 2010 - Last Day of Bake Sale!


Friday was our last day in our bake sale, we took flower orders all week and brought them in on Friday. I was so happy with how it went, we made over $200 profit!


February 13, 2010 - Bob and Susan



This is Bob and Susan they are my mentors and pretty much my second set of parents. They live in Ohio and they came down today to do their taxes and stopped to see us. We went to Crackerbarrel and it was good but the service wasn't that great. As you can see by Bob's extra PLATE of bacon he is holding. haha.
I miss them a lot, hopefully I'll get to see them this summer.

Lots of Days

February 7, 2010 - Bake Sale!


We had a bake/flower sale this week for GAP, we're raising money to go to Haiti and Darfur. This was our first day of making cookies :)



February 8, 2010 - Mediocre


Well, I can't say I was very happy that day. I would have been mine and Lucas' 7 year anniversary (we broke up in November)... But some friends came over and we played Phase 10 and I got to munch on Kyla's mom's delicious chocolate cake!



February 9, 2010 - Colors


This is before it snowed a little bit. I thought the colors were cool. Oh, and this is one side of the viaduct.



February 10, 2010 - Blue Snow


This is the other side of the viaduct, after it snowed. I love how the snow looks blue at night. My dorm is the one straight ahead.



January 11, 2010 - Tristan



Gabriel Tristan Duane is 1 week old today! Isn't he handsome?! This is my best friend who is ALL the way in Hawaii, I can't wait till she comes in, in June. I'll get to see Tristan a whole month!
I had a phone interview with ELIC (the going to China thing) today, so I'm completing the process of applying, we'll see how it goes!

February 6, 2010: Happy Birthday Lucas!

This is my best friend Lucas with the CD I got him for his birthday. It's Muse, I don't know if you've heard of them or not but they're good. Lucas said they are a mix between Coldplay and Queen.
We also went to the track to exercise so he is showing everyone his walking shorts. It was a good day today; we went home, ate carrot cake and just chilled, well I slept, then we came back and exercised... lazy but good day.

February 5, 2010: Defiance

Good day today: I did my internship, was hired as a service provider for the after school program through Comp. Care, then came back and watched this movie with Lucas. I recommend it, it's really good. Then we had late night birthday frostys because it's after 12 now (so it's the 6th) and his birthday.

February 4, 2010: Welcome Tristan!

okay, this is another picture I didn't take. Once again it was on my phone and it messed up. Gabriel Tristan Duane Clark was born today to my best friend Kristina! He was 8 lbs 2 ounces and 19 inches long, a big healthy baby! It's her first baby and I'm so happy for her! I can't wait to see him! I have to wait until June because she's all the way in Hawaii. I put this picture up because I morphed his and her faces, so we will see if he turns out to look like this! She did say he had blond hair and blue eyes so who knows morphthing may have the right picture!

January 31, 2010: Fun at Wendy's


Here is me and my friend Kyla, we had just butt heads right before the picture was taken, that's why we were laughing so hard. We took a late night trip to Wendy's for ice cream :).... and that finger is Lucas.


February 1, 2010: If she only knew....


These are two animals who are sometimes at the Cope house. It's where we take the kids for the after school program (for my internship) and its also where they have parenting classes. This cat is known for chasing the dog around, so its funny to see them on the same couch. The lady who owns the dog said she forgets that she's afraid of the cat.


February 2, 2010: Bunk beds


I've been wanting to bunk my beds for a while and I finally decided to. Yes I am aware that the date is for the 3rd but I completely forgot to take a picture yesterday, I need to get on it.


February 3, 2010: Learning Games


So at my internship today we practiced games to play with the kids, this is the funniest picture. You have to bend over and hold hands through your legs and then get the hula hoop down the line of people. It was fun and I like Erika's head just peeking out beside me.
